The firm seeks candidates for the position of Tax Accountant.  Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have new-start to 4 years of public accounting experience.  A licensed CPA is preferred.

Candidates should have the necessary experience in preparation and review of individual and business tax returns, be able to efficiently work in a team environment, and have the comprehensive skill set for staff supervision, research and analysis of tax issues.

The firm has a diverse client base, from high net worth individuals to prestigious list of both public and private corporations.  Experience with FASB 109 tax provisions, mergers and acquisitions, consolidated tax returns, multi-national tax filings, multi-state tax filings, tax credits, and personal income tax planning is preferred.
